Guest Information & Policies

Scheduling
All detailing services must be scheduled in advance.
Guests should call us directly to arrange their cleaning so we can coordinate service timing and availability with their stay.
For your convenience, all payments are handled directly through our team.
Credit or debit cards can be securely accepted over the phone when you schedule your detailing service. Payment is collected prior to service to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Service Level
All offerings are express-level details, designed to refresh your vehicle’s appearance inside and out. These services are not full deep-clean or restoration details, but rather quick and efficient cleanings intended to maintain a fresh, polished look during your stay.

Weather Policy
Service availability is weather-dependent.
If conditions prevent the service from being performed safely or effectively (including rain, freezing temperatures, or severe weather), either the guest or the detailing service may cancel the booking.
In such cases, the guest may choose to:

Receive a gift certificate for the full value of the service, redeemable at a later date, or

Cancel the service at no charge.​
Seasonal Availability
Due to weather limitations, only interior express services are available during the cold winter months.
Exterior and full express detailing services will resume in warmer seasons when conditions allow for safe and effective cleaning.

Service Process

Parking: Guests will park their vehicle in the designated front parking area upon arrival.

Signage: The front desk will place a small “Vehicle Being Detailed” sign (provided by our team) to mark the designated spot.

Key Handling:

The front desk will request vehicle keys at check-in if a detailing service has been booked.

Keys will be held securely at the front desk during the service and returned upon completion.

Service: The detailing will be performed overnight. The vehicle remains parked in the same designated space.

Completion: Once service is complete, keys will be returned to the front desk for the guest to collect the following morning.

Important: If the vehicle is not parked in the designated area or keys are not left with the front desk, the service cannot be completed and will be subject to cancellation.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be redeemed toward any detailing service at a later date.
