To eliminate odor-causing substances, we use a powerful enzyme cleaner that neutralizes and removes them from the interior surfaces. In some cases, this process may include our Elite Interior Refresh for a deeper clean. Once the cleaning is finished, an Ozone Generator is run inside the vehicle for a minimum of one hour to break down odor-causing molecules in the air and hard-to-reach areas. For strong odors, like those caused by smoking, replacing the cabin filter may be recommended to fully restore air quality.
